Shannon Bison, BA
National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)
Shannon is a healthy habits coach who works with adults wanting to feel better in their bodies, improve their energy, and support their mental health and overall well-being. This includes movement, nutrition, sleep, and other daily routines. Her approach is grounded in behavior change, not quick fixes or strict plans. Feel like you've tried everything? Received recommendations from your doctor or therapist but can't follow-through? Together, you'll focus on what fits your current season of life so change feels doable. You'll identify a small number of habits that work for you, then build on them in a way you can maintain. This is not about doing more! It's about doing what works consistently, even on busy or stressful days, always in a way that feels flexible and realistic.

Jory Bowen, MA
Founder & Owner
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Jory started Allied Minds after amassing 20+ years of experience in the human services and integrative health sectors. During this time, she noted the need for more ethical, safe and supportive, yet autonomous places for clinicians to practice in order to truly flourish in their field. She also sought to address the mental health inequity present in private practice where many organizations charge exorbitant fees for under/uninsured individuals, essentially eliminating their ability to see a therapist. A former clinician herself, Jory now runs the business behind the scenes, networking with clients, clinicians, and potential partners. She welcomes any and all inquiries! Outside of work, she is slightly obsessed with both her dog and travel, often dreaming of owning a strawberry farm in Slovenia.
