How do I get started?
Scroll through our list of providers and then click on the "Schedule" button below your clinician of interest to book an initial appointment. You'll then receive an appointment confirmation and intake paperwork to complete prior to your first session.
So is this a free clinic?
No, we are not a free clinic or nonprofit organization. We simply believe in doing our part to address mental health inequities by eliminating the privilege from private practice.
Does this mean you accept anyone?
Not quite. While we firmly believe that ALL minds matter, some clients require a higher level of care than a private practice can offer. In those instances, we provide you with referral information.
How does the first session work?
Your first session is an opportunity for you and your clinician to determine if you're the right match for one another. You'll discuss your current concerns and goals for therapy, as well as any questions of yours. Your therapist will also review important policies with you.

Do you offer crisis support?
No, we are not a crisis clinic. If you're experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You can also call or text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
What do you specialize in treating?
Like most mental health clinics, we specialize in treating a wide variety of anxious, depressive, and trauma disorders. In addition, each of our clinicians hold their own unique, specializations.
Why online only?
A virtual practice allows for increased client flexibility, permitting you to log into your session from anywhere in your state! It also cuts down on the company overhead which, in turn, allows us to pay our clinicians an industry high wage.
Is this as simple as it sounds?
Yes, it's that simple. One platform, one clinician, one equitable payment option. We believe in KISS: Keep it short and simple. You're concerned about your mental health - The last thing you need is confusion. We're here to streamline your service.
Who do I talk to if I experience an issue with my clinical?
We believe in a system of checks and balances. On the rare occasion that you find yourself questioning your clinician, please reach out to our director, Jory, for a confidential conversation and to discuss your options moving forward.
